Sam Lufkin

Sam Lufkin werd geboren in Utah. Hij werkte 16 jaar vol overgave voor de Hal Roach Studio en speelde in 38 Laurel en Hardy films. Maar ook Harold Lloyd en The Three Stooges maakten van zijn diensten gebruik. Alhoewel hij een rasechte acteur was, speelde hij altijd maar kleine rollen. Hij speelde een van de bedienden in Sons of the Desert, naast Charlie Hall. In Sugar Daddies, Two Tars en The Bohemian Girl speelde hij zelfs meerdere kleine rollen. Zijn meest herkenbare rol is mogelijk nog wel die van politieagent in The Music Box.

Na een aantal opeenvolgende beroertes overleed Sam op 19 februari 1952.
